CAN I GET A SAME-DAY APPOINTMENT? DO YOU OFFER WALK-IN CLINIC SERVICES?
If you have an up to date subscription with the practice, we typically can see you same day or set up a next day appointment.
Conveniently, we can also set up a video or telephone visit for members.
WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?

The monthly fee can be set up as an automatic withdrawal from your bank account for your convenience.
ARE YOUR SERVICES COVERED BY MY INSURANCE?
We do not accept insurance. As a direct primary care model this cuts out the middleman.
Your monthly fee covers the cost for us to be available to you by phone, email, text, and in person.
If you have Medicare, we are happy to see you, but Medicare cannot be billed for my services. This allows me to see you for extended visits and increases access. No co-pays for your visits means visits are included in membership.
CAN I USE MY INSURANCE FOR MEDICATION?
Yes, we can write you a prescription for the pharmacy of your choice.
CAN I REALLY REACH YOU ANYTIME?
Yes! As a member we will provide you the doctor's direct line to reach her whenever you need us most. We ask that you in return are respectful of that access using it after hours only for urgent concerns that cannot wait until the next business day.
WHAT ABOUT WHEN THE DOCTOR IS ON VACATION OR ATTENDING AN URGENT FAMILY MATTER?
Every effort will be made to make you aware in advance of time that the doctor will not be available for an appointment. For planned leave, you will receive multiple notices. We will make sure your needs are met before the doctor leaves and will have staff available to help you. Life is full of the unexpected. If an unexpected emergency occurs, there may be a delay in returning your call but staff will be made aware to help you during business hours.
CAN I JUST SEE YOU FOR A ONE TIME APPOINTMENT?
Our practice model currently does not allow for one time visits. The nature of our practice is to care for the whole person. We want to be able to follow up easily with our patients with treatment, concerns, and preventative care.
DO YOU STILL TEACH MEDICAL STUDENTS?
Yes! We love teaching and learning from students. From time to time you may see a student working at the practice so we can pass on our passion for primary care to our new doctors.
ARE THERE SERVICES YOU PROVIDE THAT ARE NOT COVERED IN THE MEMBERSHIP?
Costs that are not included in membership may include cost for blood draw, cost of medications, and any procedure performed outside of our facility. We believe in billing transparency; you will always be advised in advance of any additional fees or cost that we bill.
