McCrea Family Practice PLLC is a Direct Primary Care office. We do not bill insurance.
Time is valuable and necessary to know you well which is why visit times are longer and access is significantly improved compared to traditional insurance based primary care offices.
The patient-doctor relationship takes a front seat in our clinic. This means the focus is on the patient and not insurance companies. Getting to know you, means improved quality of care that is tailored to you.
Office visits at McCrea Family Practice are included in the membership as noted below.
FEE SCHEDULE FOR MEMBERSHIP
Monthly Subscription Fee (Discounted for annual payments)
Enrollment Fee: $75
Ages 0 - 18y With Parent or Guardian : $ 12 per month
Ages 0-18y: $ 30 per month
Ages 19y - 30y: $ 55 per month
Ages 31y - 65y: $ 65 per month
Ages 65y and older: $ 95 per month
